"What do you think of a new opening as the owner of a small family-run restaurant in an area not too heavily visited? On 10/12/2017, I had dinner with my family at Restaurant Dubrovnik and found that at least the Tonokovic family did everything right when opening their restaurant in July 2017. I had nothing to do with the furnishings and atmosphere as well as lighting and the climate. If you sit next to the heating, it can become a bit warm, but that's what heaters have. The interior of the restaurant is decorated in a simple white with red accents, complemented by black seating set and wooden tables. It looks very tidy and clean but at the same time very cozy and unobstructed, which is why I had the impression in no minute I was underdressed in jeans and pulli. The service is very friendly and attentive, the weight is ideally on perfect service. The service is very well maintained and conscientious and the chef visits the guests personally, asks for satisfaction and also makes recommendations. The wines (Primitivo and Moskato) had an ideal temperature. I had ordered the Dubrovnik shoot with turkey, pork and beef, served in pepper cream sauce and with roast potatoes. The food was hot and seasoned to the point and roasted. Salad as a supplement was allowed to take yourself in a salad bar with a moderate selection. On the whole, the Tonokovic family has excellently shown the main criteria for a newly opened restaurant: high-quality service that leaves nothing to be desired, conscientious preparation of food, attention to detail and a welcoming atmosphere, which comes about not least through the appearance of the staff. From me there are five points and the Newcomer Award. Go on!"
