"Service was terrible, our server was rude and had no idea what she was doing, it was not a busy evening. We received our cutlery after receiving our food, by the time we were able to eat our food it was cold, and received water once upon arrival. Our waiter never came back to get our drink orders, we never got our Sugar factory experience. The manager however was attentive to our table shortly after we made a complaint. I hope the tip we left was provided to the other servers!"

"Eat taste like old fat no serviettes, unless they beg ast appetizer dish does not come with sauce graft roasted chicken so much it is burned and they do not gloomy and only a kind if sirup the wait was not long at all. it is a dipping without alcohol we waited 30 minutes until the power makkaroni are made fresh and it was really just the half of a box people scream, I broke food n laugh from the kitchen I ordered a weighty chicken sandwich with avocado it was nothing like the pictures and had more calories than due to the fat the tomatos were covered in fat the milkshake"

"It was freezing they didn't have any heat. It was a Monday night, no one was there yet the service was so slow. Food was cold and everything was overpriced. Never going back again."
