"I'm not gluten-intolerant while my SO is. This means that I compromise and normally eat things that I don't enjoy as much as their gluten-containing counterparts. This changes with this facility. We tried the lemon cookies, carrot cake, red velvet cupcake and molasses cookies. You're amazing. You could take off the cupcakes as normal Oel cupcakes and no one would question it. Go on. We're coming back!"

"We cannot thank Artisan Bake Shop enough for the amazing wedding cake and dessert bar at our perfect coastal wedding. We live in Buzzards Bay and frequent the shop for celebration cakes, party treats and brunch items. Everything is always so fresh and absolutely delicious! We knew right away we needed to use Artisan for our wedding dessert. Meredith was wonderful to work with start to finish. I was able to share images of inspiration and details about our day. We sampled the most delicious cake combinations and although it was a difficult decision, we picked our favorite combo, as well as Key Lime mini pies, classic whoopie pies and cider donuts (fall wedding). I also love and appreciate a woman run business, as well as a organized business owner. Meredith is so organized! Every detail is clearly laid out for you. She and Tabitha even set everything up that day of and it was perfect! Our guests loved it and we love it! Thank you for making our wedding day so special. We cannot wait for our mini anniversary cake next year!"

"An absolute delight. I love local places over chains and this one was a great find. Though it was busy I got a table quickly. I went for a late breakfast. They have an extensive breakfast menu. It all looked so good so I ordered the combo. See before and after pictures. The lady that greeted me when I walked in was amazing, cleaned tables, brought coffee and kept my cup full, worked the cash register, and more; the kind of person you would like to hire. Great food, prompt service, reasonable price. My order was $12 plus tip. Oh yes, get the ham steak, not to salty, not too sweet, and a good portion."

"This was my first time here and it was another place my wife recommend we try. Our server Strawberry was very punctual. They were busy and still had time to check to see if we needed refills, and how the food is, etc. We ordered 2 coffees, 1 orange juice, and a loganberry drink as well. My wife got the Louisiana Combo with that amazing seasoning and shrimp over grits and I got a double stack pancake combo with bacon and scrambled eggs. As you can also see the decor in here is very cool too. I definitely giving this place a try if you are over in the East Ave. area!"
