"I ordered the recording and decided after reading some of the reviews that I didn't want it anymore, so the next morning I called at the opening of the business to cancel the cake order, and I was told that I needed by email. I sent an email to get back an email that says I had to cancel the cake within 24 hours. The order was canceled 18 hours before picking up the cake. When I talked to a manager, I was told that I couldn't because both managers were busy supporting someone and the young lady I was talking about was very rude and evil. I declare to her that there was no way for me to cancel the cake within 24 hours, unless I say it at 4:00 and she said that the cake was made at the time that it was ordered so that I stayed it to her so that her guys made the cake at 4:00 on Friday. That means the cake will not be fresh and she said to me, but you will still want to eat it very rudely very unprofessional. Nothing Bundt cake in Snellville has a bad customer service. They are unprofessional, and I will put them on any social media platform I need to make sure everyone knows about their own professionalism."

"I ordered donuts, apple fritters, and pigs-n-a-blanket from Donut King in Snellville for a baby shower recently and everything was so delicious. I've always recommended this shop because of how fresh and tasty everything is. Get there early because they're not open all day. Highly recommend!"
