"I have just had a wonderful meal doordashed to me from Original Rinaldis Deli and Cafe. I ordered the Mad Max sandwich; rose and lavender latte and a small cup of clam chowder. The sandwich was stupendous: yummy sliced turkey and pepperoni; pepperoncini peppers and dijon mustard. The latte and the soup warmed up an intolerably rainy day. I appreciate the great taste and great service."

"I couldn't remember the last time I was this livid towards a business the way I am right now. I was hoping to build a great relationship with them because I own a business and often order in big bulk. Unfortunately, that changed as I will not be returning to this establishment. First of all, I would like to mention I'm not ignorant nor am I inconsiderate of company policy. However, I do not agree with the way they conduct their business. They supply bread, buns, etc. to stores like Gelson's Whole foods, which I normally buy from. I was searching for slider buns however, after checking 3 locations (La Canada, Reseda, Van Nuys) most of the stores were either sold out or expired (with a 02/16 date on them). I had called earlier today around 1:30pm 2:00pm to place an order for tomorrow (Saturday). I spoke to a young girl hoping she'd take my order but unfortunately she told me I couldn't place an order for Saturday because I had to order before 12pm? I'm sorry? But I'm not ordering a wedding cake. I'm ordering bread.... BREAD! You mean to tell me it takes almost a day a half to prepare/ bake bread?! I asked her even if I miss the cut off time by 1.5 hours? She responded with yes. Does that mean if I placed my order at 12, they immediately start working on my order? I'm confused. Make it make sense!! Although I live 52 miles away, I still was willing to make the drive out of pure desperation. I've ordered from multiple (small business) bakeries, from various sweets, cakes, desserts you name it! Most of the time it was hours before my event and somehow they made it happen. I've never had an issue, but how is it that this business (which supplies all of L.A) can not accommodate? Apparently if you call 30+ hours in advance to place a measly order, it's not enough time for fulfilment. Pros +1 star for slider bun size +1 star for great pretzel bun flavor Cons 1 star for expired products 1 star for unreasonable policy 1 star for unwillingness to accommodate an order 30+ hours in advance"
