"We had a very nice lunch today at Arby's on Madison St. courtesy of Arby's for taking the time to rate their limited time only fish meal. The advertisement for the meal was misleading to a lot of people. It said something about a hush puppy batter and l myself took it as though they served hush puppies with the meal. They did not. I said something to Melinda Hodge who is the store manager and even she said it was misleading. Having called Arby's Customer Service they welcomed my comments about the fish meal and sent me two complimentary meals. Today we used those meals. Patti, our server, was very attentive and got our order just within a few minutes. At that point she ask how we got the meals and l told Patti and Melinda what took place. This Arby's has always been our favorite Arby's to go to. Melinda has been a manager for a long time and she is great at what she does. Patti always has a smile on her face when greeting customers and l am sure the rest of the staff are just as courteous. I have seen several comments saying they are slow or only working the drive thru. We are at a time right now when everyone is short on help. Everyone wants to complain, but no one wants to help. I see the lines waiting for service at all the restaurants. I applaud those people who do food service. It would be a dull world if we didn't have them. How would you like to just go to the grocery, buy, and have to prepare your own food every day? Wouldn't that be nice to never have day or night out? Stop your complaining, it just upsets everyone. Smile more and look for the positive things in life, it could be a lot worse. Our lunch was was great thanks to Patti, Melinda, and staff. Thanks Arby's!"

"They have the best pizza and fried mushrooms in town! This pizza is so good that you can just get a cheese pizza. The fried mushrooms are huge and just as good as the fair ."

"Not a bad little 'dive ' bar. Cash only and smoking is allowed.... and seemingly everyone smokes to include the bar tender I had tonight. Probably not a bar for everyone. Pool tournament started up as I was leaving. Bouncer was checking every ID at the door after 8pm. I got there early and was carded by the bartender despite obviously being over 21. Had big mason jars of draft beer and a Reuben sandwhich which was pretty damn good. 4 pools tables and a good variety of music on the digital Jukebox. I wouldn 't come here for a date night, but beers with the boys here if you can deal with the smoke is a good time."

"Today I stopped Arby's in Clarksville and said I'd give him another chance. I lived in Louisville and had some bad meals from Bashford-Manor Arby's. Today's visit was wonderful, friendly people and the best food I had for years from Arby. The manager made every person feel like she took care and was also kind to her staff. The man who took our order did it wrong and she went out of her way to do it well. I went years without arby, but now I love the Clarksville Arbys... Thanks for a great affordable meal and friendly service. Something's missing in all fast food nowadays. Look at the Arby, they won't disappoint you."

"Great experience. Took my daughter there for breakfast and decided I was going to smoke a bunch of meats for the game. Good quality meats and a great selection. It is a bit pricey but worth it in the quality."
