"I ordered the crab cake sandwich without tomatoes. I took a bite and right after the onion was overwhelming. The crab cake itself was a nice size but was extremely tasteless, even with the sauce. Once I added some of my seasons I was able to eat the sandwich, The lettuce was beautiful and crisp. If there was just a little bit of old bay seasoning or salt and pepper the crab cake sandwich would be like a 8 or 9. Oh and the bread was soft and fresh perfect. Maybe I will try this again in a few months and see if they still have onion on the sandwich. Ive been trying to find a really good crab cake since moving to North Carolina from Baltimore Maryland. I have tried and tried and still havent found not 1 food spot that can make a good crab cake. I make great jumbo lump crab cakes but I dont always feel like cooking. I guess I will just have to continue to make my own crab cakes."

"Cleanliness: 4/5. the tables/counters were clean from food decoration. the floors are blurred. the bathroom was clean next to a highly concentrated urine-ammoniac smell in the heart room. service: 4/5. eating (to-go order) quickly came out relatiw. the personal was friendly but not overly excited to be there. that was easily transferred by inflection and ton while we ordered our food. the type of deactivation of the customer, with a disturbed hired who obviously does not want to be there to come to the face. price: 4/5. they expect that for raised sandwiches, they can expect elevated prices. quality: 4/5. better than average, the great taste of sandwiches together with the sorts of brot are used to make this sandwiches; is on return visit to try different combinations. the loaded backkartoffel that my wife and I shared was enormous, even here did not exaggerate, and it weighed at least 3lbs with hits. for $8 it was not a bad price for something I could make easy 2 meal times out. if the kartoffel standard is the same over the board relatiw (as we know that kartoffels come in different sizes), then I would just come back from this ground. total the price for a loaded baked potato and two reuben sandwiches brought us to almost $30. Metro, this place is not. better quality than subway?"

"Generally, I really like McAlisters, but my visits to this location have been abysmal. The first time, the issue was there wasn’t a single clean table in the restaurant. Not one! I counted them for this review, 17 unoccupied dirty tables and the rest were occupied, probably by people who sat down at a dirty table. When I complained to the manager, she said they were too busy to clean tables. They weren’t. There wasn’t a line and they had multiple employees at the counter standing around. This was a really disappointing experience. Maintaining a clean restaurant is essential and this crew (including the manager who I spoke to directly about the issue) just didn’t care and it was painfully obvious. The second time, the dining room was again filled with dirty tables and employees were standing around. Then my baked potato was served raw. I mean raw. When I took it to the counter they acknowledged it wasn’t prepared properly. You don’t say! When I returned to my table, a guy sitting near me was busy complaining that his food had been improperly prepared as well. Unfortunately, this restaurant is a total disaster and I can’t imagine a scenario in which you have a positive experience."
