"This was my second time coming back. The first time the food was delicious and the service was great. I brought back a large group of friends for a important gathering and unfortunately the experience was a let down. The French toast was hard and dryand the taps tasted old. I really hope this place can get back to serving food and offering the service I know it can live upto, so I can come back."

"Start by saying, I don't usually review restaurants (only once because it was HORRIBLE). Went here with my 13 yo son. He ordered the Bangers and Mash, said it was one of the best things he has ever eaten. My NY strip sandwich was unbelievable as well. The Irish bartender was so friendly, making sure he spent time chatting with my son about basketball. It was an all around AWESOME experience. We plan on hitting this place every time we come back to the city."

"Really amazing sandwiches! This place deserved its reputation. Both the Reuben and Katzs Pastrami are different and are both delicious. However, if I were to pick, Ill go with the Reuben. Love the slightly chewy texture and the addition of cheese, sauerkraut, as well as the Russian Dressing!"

"Great location as we were headed to the Belasco Theatre, and it was just steps away. Friends ordered salads and were very impressed and said they were excellent. I ordered the grilled shrimp wrap, and while the flavors were yummy, it was kind of a mess to eat because there was almost too much filler. Fries were delicious, and beer selection was good. Overall, I would highly recommend!!"

"Hard to fond a place like this anywhere in NW Wis. Mostly what you find is basic bar food. Not so here. Casual but great food for a dining experience. White linen table cloths and napkins. Okay wine list. Good service staff. A che who cares what puts on the table. Reasonable prices. Worth experiencing."

"6 of us went to Brunch after a docent tour. I was expecting a museum cafe and wound up having a delightful meal in a charming restaurant. Every person I interacted with was warm and courteous. The manage came by at the end of the meal and asked about the meal. He carried on a pleasant conversation about NY Historical Society itself and their association with the institution. I can honestly say I had the best eggs Benedict ever. I'd be back in a heartbeat."
