"The Rib Eye*, Ribs, and Crispy Shrimp Combo my steak was so tough I couldnt cut it with the knife and fork hardly. Terrible. The ribs were the only thing good on the plate. Wasted money big time."

"We tried Ruby Tuesdays for Cinco de Mayo to avoid the crowds at the traditional Mexican restaurants. Ruby Tuesday was featuring new Tex- Mex dinners with free queso and specials on Margaritas, so we thought we would give it a try. Server was new and trying to do her best. Understood, no problem there. They were not very busy, so we expected a quick dinner. We order ribeye and chicken fajitas . They came out lukewarm at best and the queso dip was not warm at all. The chicken and ribeye both were tender with a good flavor, but when you say sizzling fajitas , you kinda of expect them to be hot. The margs were good and flavorful. Ruby Tuesdays has the potential to be a really good restaurant, but they can't seem to get it together. They need an experienced manager in food service and one that expects the best out of the employees. They really do have some good employees, they just need help. They could also use someone to give their restaurants a new vibe. They need a livelier atmosphere."

"Had the 8oz sirloin. Very delicious and well seasoned. The grilled zucchini was amazing and will be a new favorite for me. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Overall, the experience was fantastic."

"We ate in last night and had the Valentine's special. It was a great deal. Food was delicious and fresh. Salad bar off tha chain. We were served by Susan, she was extremely pleasant as always. I recommend requesting her if possible and definitely recommend this eatery."

"I ordered online from here so I wouldn't have to wait for long to eat. I have to go to restaurant 20 minutes later and sign says to call the pickup. I'm calling to let them know I'm here and then I was told I'd have to come to pick up. I came in and sat at the bar waiting for my food. 25 minutes later, I'm told they gave me orders. then they tell me that they will refund my order and it should take about 6 minutes. 20 min later I finally got my food."
