"I’ve been to a few restaurants in my life… I don’t think I’ve ever had a better dining experience in my life. The drinks? Delicious and made tableside. The food? Out of this world. I got the ribeye center cut and ribeye carnitas as a starter. Broccoli on the side. Truffle fries. And the service? World-class. On point. Professional. They anticipate your needs while treating you like a president. Aldair and Eduardo completely made our experience 10/10. If you’re looking for an A+ food experience in PV, you found it. "My wife and I went through this restaurant tomorrow and went in and had breakfast, very clean and well maintained. eating was excellent, so we decided to go back to dinner last night, there were 5 of us, they are specialized in steaks., they are made in the barbeque and they were all cooked to perfection, most of us rarely want what is extremely difficult to come here in mexiko. 3 of us had arrachera, 2 of us had a rib eye. the meat was extremely delicate and tasteful. it comes with a baked potato or grilled nopales and beans. we had the baked potato and it was very good. salat is separated and we had the caesar, which was fantastic, had the house special salat, which was covered with strawberries, mushrooms, etc. and she shaved over it. I suggest they try this place. they have Chilean weeping and it was a bit over $200 pesos a bottle."

"My wife and I had the honour to travel back to Puerto Vallarta. From the first time we visited Puerto Vallarta we really fell in love with her. From other tropical places in Mexico this is really our favorite place to visit and spend...our vacation there. While we had the honour of staying at the Velas Resort for the second time in Puerto Vallarta. During the stay in Velas we loved visiting the restaurants where they need to dive. The food is rich and authentic and many ways to choose from the open menu. The staff is very professional and pleasant. While my wife and I were in Velas, most of the time in the Ribera restaurant. We had the honour to meet one of the servers that made us immediately available. His name is Alan Andrade, you can say that he is a very valuable employee at Velas Resort. He could put us and explain the menu for us and all options. You can really say that he has a true passion in what he does."

"So popped in day one of vacation. Food was very good, would have returned many times but at end of service, the waiter,a young man, decided to add a tip himself, more then 20 percent, without asking or giving me the opportunity to do so. We are Canadian and its customarily for us too tip, but what he did amounted to theft. Will never return. Watch your BILL"
