"Kathi ́s Steakhouse is located in the middle of the old town of Landshut, a little hidden in a backyard. Access is almost barrier-free (the one or the other smaller stage must be overcome, but only part of the ground floor seats and the tables are still on a podium. With some help, these steps can be overcome by wheelchair users. The toilets are in the basement. Parking only the public around (parkhouses etc.) In front of the restaurant in the courtyard there is a terrace. Once again, I was on the move as a single supervisor with my seriously handicapped patient, so that it had to be reasonably barrier-free. During my last visit to LA, Kathis Steakhouse noticed me and I have to do it on my or eat list. Today I took the opportunity to knock and went in. SERVICE: When I entered, I was very kindly greeted, I was also offered help when the stage was turned over to the podium, the neighboring table was pushed to the side so that I can handle my patient (I always have to give her medication at that time, or monitor her probe food. I have the menu and the time to get drinks and food. I ordered a steak and was asked for the Gar Grad. During the meal (so I bent to my patient, I accidentally pushed my fork off the table. An operation immediately noticed this and said, "Let her lie quietly and immediately brought me a new fork. Very lonely and very attentive. Even during the meal it was asked whether everything was right, even after the food came back to the question. All dressed were uniform with white shirt/brush and black apron. Also normal shoes had the operators... The bill was made in a small folder where a business card from the restaurant next to the document. It was not full at noon and therefore not very stressful, yet it was noticed that everything here runs quietly and routined. As seen, the service here deserves full 5 stars. ESSEN: The offer in a steakhouse is naturally meat-laden and vegetarians should switch over at this point. There is a cheap lunch card from Monday to Saturday, with the normal card with steaks and citizens in all variants and sizes. The restaurant seems very popular except for lunch, I got some calls from my place where reservations were given up. The menu is a (plastic leather folder, no, not from the brewery, but with restaurant logo, the pages are in paper inserts. I chose the Prime Ribeye Steak from the German Fleckvieh with Steakhouse Pommes and Farmersalat until 14.90 from the lunch ticket. During the waiting period for the food I could observe a half-open kitchen. (see also picture). In front of the kitchen is a salad bar, from which the service unites the salads. Right behind it is the barbecue and frying station where the meat is prepared. Behind him is the actual kitchen where the other things are prepared. It was noticed that all the people working there wore black gloves at work. All these things called me an observation! (No, not the esteemed critic colleague, but one thing: Look closely, here could be a 5-star band, so clean up the critic glasses and look even more closely... After a reasonable time, my food came (on a preheated plate.... good, go! . The meat was exactly at my desired point (medium rare, inside beautifully rustic, yet the knife was almost shaken by itself through the meat (which owes both the knife and the meat), it was well seasoned (also the pommes and you have not missed any hint (or even ketschup, especially as it comes from herbal butter). The farmer Salat was also good and fresh. There's really nothing to complain about here. On the table stood salt and pepper mills (so, go! and a sprout box with special steak pepper. A really round thing, so here also 5 completely deserved stars. AMBIENTE: I can only rate the ground floor... It is quite cozy and it makes from places where you can see an insight into the kitchen, fun and appetite when you prepare the dishes. The tables are on a podium, the band between dark tiles. Simple tables with a small table runner, dry table on the tables. Standing background music. Nothing special. That's why there are good 4 stars. SAUBERKEIT: Everything was so clean, no reservoirs were not visible... I didn't visit the toilets. Cleanliness is also natural in my eyes and if everything is clean, there are only 4 stars, for more than 4 stars there must be any special features that go beyond the usual level. Here the whole kitchen staff (and the woman at the Bratstation wore special gloves (and these were not the usual hospital gloves). So 4.5 stars. PLV: Food in a steakhouse is never cheap and if there are dumping prices in a steakhouse, all alarm bells should be hurled and you prefer to go to the next döner or currywurstbude. 20 euros and more for a main dish are common and they should be worth the experience. There is also a cheap lunch ticket with dishes of 10 15 euros (the sad theme lunch business... my food was definitely worth its money, even if there was no bargain. That means good 4 stars. The 3,80 for my big Cola mix, on the other hand I find something expensive... FAZIT: In Kathi's Steakhouse you can really eat well, professional and friendly, helpful staff. It is definitely worth a recommendation, even in the midday business. It is really worth spending a few euros more and getting quality for it."

"Was again, after a long time, there for lunch. from Monday to Saturday there is a lunch card that offers real human prices. the food is still at very high level and also the service convinced me once again full. we had a lovely little dog with it (bolonka zwetna) and got a little little dish with some meat for the dog, unquestioned and unexpected. I've never experienced that! fuller! at this place: most hearty thanks to lina, the fabulous dame from the service:)-that eating was great. my accompaniment ate noodles with salmon in scabs sauce (have cost, a spectrum of aromen, very finely rounded) and I had spits with chicken, bark and scampi. the bark was wonderfully tender, inside pink (and only so comes to ask for me) and everything was very tasty and fine. also the sauces.Everything in everything: a very tasty and more pleasant visit, which I will repeat as soon as possible!"
