"Stayed here a few years ago and wow, what a NEGATIVE difference now! Did a dry run to make sure that the internet was available and the signal strong and it was (I needed it for business . Returned later in the day to occupy the room (Single Deluxe and found out the internet was OUT and no idea when it would be available. Originally was going to stay for 2 nights but got out of there after one bad night. Negatives: 1. NO internet service (my primary reason for staying there!! . 2. TV did not work (cable box was missing . You would think a pre-room check by the staff would have uncovered this. 3. Swimming pool was filthy with large bugs floating throughout and the water extremely cloudy. 4. VERY poor maintenance!! Doorknob almost came off in my hand. Toilet seat loose and coming off. Shower fixtures broken. All throughout the room, just a general appearance of poor maintenance. 5. VERY limited Free breakfast. 6. Undergoing additional construction which gave a general appearance of clutter. 7. Linen appeared soiled in places. Positives: 1. Front desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. In Summary, I would NOT stay here again unless other choices were worse!"
