"Highly recommended to visit! One of the best stakes i had in the world. We had the Chianina IGP T-Bone steak and the quality was stunning. Also the service was very friendly, caring and helped with choosing the best combination from the courses to the beverages. We definitely will come again when we come to florence again."

"It's a more upper class place table served employees are great. Prices are in my budget but we never been there and just had to try I order the rib eye steak 27 bucks and wasn't happy with it what so ever size was ok but it was nothing but fat, dry I mean it just wasn't worth 30 bucks. My husbands top brown/new York strip and it was great.. baby back ribs are awesome I would go back... prolly for burgers though. Restrooms smelt so amazing felt clean."

"We had a party of 8. When we were being seated, the host, a young guy, told us that we could not put the tables together and insisted that we sit at two separate 4 tops. There was no one else in the section and there was not an exit in the area. He went on to argue with us about why we weren 't allowed to sit together as a family. He blamed it on the waitress. After all the members of our party arrived, I found this fellow and again asked him to let us move the tables together. He said that he would check with the waitress again. I let him know that I wanted to see the manager. About that time, the waitress showed up and insisted that she had no problem with us sitting together. I have been in the service industry for decades and have never been treated this way. The food was decent, at best, but the waitress did a great job. The 'host ' was awful and very smug about the whole affair. If you and your family want to eat out, go somewhere else"
