"Warning* Read for REAL Review!We had a show to catch at Roger Ruckas and decided to drop in at opening for a meal.Read until the end, for 1 star review reasons. If you read my past reviews I tell it like how it is! Pork Chop Meal was 4/5.: The meal was tasty Lasagna was 0/5: it looked good, but after 2 bite and near the center it was COLD. Some of the Lasagne was still hard and frozen, definitely made fresh and it was thrown into the oven. How do u not fully heat up a Lasagne. Lastly, the real reason for 0/5 rating. Customer Service: 0/5. We got there at opening. There was 2 other couple and an older gentleman all seated at different table so 3 table. And 2 at the bar. We got seated and ordered. The male that works there did not acknowledge us or stop by to ask us how the food is etc. He walked right passed our table twice asked everyone else and then went back to talking near the bar/kitchen. We thought it was odd. We were the only Asian couple there, and fairly younger than the others around us. We 're probably the bar tenders age lmao! But anyways, he made us feel off and it def showed since he did it twice. Could possibly say he 's a racist *shrugs*. Lastly, when told the waiter about our Lasagne she said what do you want me to about it? ...shouldn 't the response be would you like a new one or send it back ? LMAO. Anyways, first and last time here. I see why the rating for this place is pretty low on yelp. I should had trusted the 3 stars and reviews of low rating."

"I had the 12 Oz boneless rib eye, medium rare, smothered in mushrooms with steak fries and a Caesar salad and iced tea. My wife ordered the 12 Oz New York strip, medium to medium well, with mashed potatoes with bacon and cheddar and a house salad with a soda. We both enjoyed our dinners. We were able to check in online to get a table since the wait was about 60 minutes. This was very handy for us since we were on the road headed home and stopped to get a nice dinner after a busy day. We checked in online when we arrived and waited less than 5 minutes for a table. I really love that feature and I know other restaurants do the same thing."
