"The food here is VERY CONSISTENTLY THE BEST ON THE NORTH SHORE! The food isn’t cutting edge or Uber new, that said it is really good going out to eat food! Their service while not stuffy is on point and really attentive with no glass infilled. Try this one and you will be hard pressed to eat anywhere else on New Orleans north shore"

"I always have the 16oz ribeye. I cannot speak for the other food on the menu. Although, my family has had other selections and they are always satisfied with it. We had the crab cakes as an appetizer this time. Those were great! On the other hand, my steak is always cooked to perfection. Prices are going up. Including the price of steak. I would have to say, I have purchased my own ribeyes recently and the cost of my plate seemed reasonable at the time. The only issue that I have is the fact that they dim the lights down so low sometimes. It almost is uncomfortably dark. I understand the ambience and the setting that they are trying to achieve, but a little much. Other than that, service was good and the food was good."

"I had high hopes for this restaurant due to its longevity in the neighborhood. I will start by saying the food cocktails were very good. However, the service and ambiance left much to be desired, especially for the price $100/ person). The restaurant decor is very dated, and there was an odd smell when being escorted to our table. The lady who brought our water spilled some on the carpet and it took 10 minutes for our waiter to introduce himself and get our drink order. In addition, he was not very friendly, had almost a depressed demeanor about him, and did not volunteer the fish or the soup of the day. I definitely expect more when paying what Nuvolari's charges. There are many restaurants in Old Mandeville w/much better service, prices, and atmosphere."

"Everything Was Delicious !! Steak Cooked to Perfection and very tender . Shrimp Appetizer AMAZING ! Son loved his Chicken Strips and my Fried Catfish was awesome as well. Super Nice Waitress and staff. Will definately go back, highly Recommend"
