"This restaurant is more of a dining experience rather than a gastronomic trip. The experience of cooking and pulling down the bronze exhaust is ok but becomes more of a hassle as it only cooks one dish at a time. Once the first dish is cooked, that's the only time you can move on and cook your next order. Overall taste is not bad but not something I would crave for and come back to. There are just far too many good Korean restaurants out there with better taste and value."

"I suggested Tender Bobs to my gf when she said she wanted yummy recovery food after her day in the outdoors. This branch has been in Shangri-La mall when I was still starting out in my profession so I was quite curious how the experience and quality would be after quite some time.<br>

The Cheeseburger sliders had a generous amount of potato hay strips similar to that potato snack called Pik Nik but a bit softer. It was a refreshing item since it delves away from the usual side of fries. The sliders were pretty basic in terms of ingredients. Buttered bun, patty, melted cheese and onions were evident but it's effect is satisfying to the tummy and palate. The ribeye steak was divine probably because I have a penchant for well cooked steaks. I had mine cooked to a medium so as not to "kill" the meat. I took my time and savoring the juices from the steak with each bite.<br>

"The nachos were generous in serving. The melty cheese, chopped tomatoes, and beef cuts combined, chef’s kiss . So good. I loved how they didn't use shredded meat. Most nachos that use shredded meat are a hit or miss for me; usually a miss when the meat isn't seasoned well leading to umay : Silantro used small cubed beef. Small but juicy and tender! Sorry there's no pic, we devoured it instantly before I could take a decent pic for my blog As for the tacos, we ordered the double meat of chicken and beef. Juicy and tender din Was so good I gobbled it in seconds. They had lamb as a meat option but unfortunately it was unavailable that time and yesterday, even if we went there earlier than last time . I think it’s best if you go early like lunchtime or call in to check if they have it available that day. But above the two things we ordered, the commendable stars were the white and green sauces. The white sauce was garlic. I inherently like garlic so it's an automatic like for me. I’m not sure what the green sauce was; I thought it was like a guac in liquid form, but it tastes like cucumber. Great nonetheless since it balances out the savoriness of everything else. The darker green was just the spicy version. Out of all the restos in Kapitolyo, Silantro definitely stands out— with the line of cars it's hard to miss. Overall, the socmed postings were worth the hype in trying!"

We ordered Yellow Chicken and the Pork Belly for our main course. The serving of the pork belly was quite small (too small for its price). The food was not as good as expected. The pork belly tasted too sweet for me while the Yellow Chicken tasted bland (not much flavor). <br>

"Ordered their freshly bitten oysters half and half, oyster rockefeller and fresh oysters. fresh and tasteful. I wish they had fed hot sauce or cocktail sauce for the fresh oysters, because the hot sauce they have provided does not really satisfy the taste of the fresh oysters."
