"Before this visit, I appreciated baekjeong and advocated it to my friends despite the price due to generally good service and good quality meat. first time in this baekjeong, I ordered the big beef commo. the first meat was cooked the brisket. When our server cooked the meat, he somehow managed to cook it so that half of it was literally carburized while the other was raw. Consequently, he had to cook the brisket more so that we were not served raw bark. this led to our brisket being very dry and black. even if the brisket is a generally fat cut, the briskete was still very dry. I was upset and asked our server if we could get a new brisket, especially considering that each portion of brisket is over $20. he said that he could not get us new brisket, and that it was the restaurant policy. I do not accuse our server as he followed the restaurant policy. I wish I had made a picture so I could talk to the manager. I never come back to this baekjeong, and I can't go back to the irvine twog. I'm going to fight baekjeong"

"Please note that my message is dated today. The store is completely in trial operation, and all the waiters and back chefs don't know what they're doing. A kebab shop, you get all the dishes you ordered in an hour or so, and it contains the wrong items. Ask the waiter, the waiter will always tell the kitchen to prepare, but not to urge. Waiters don't take the initiative to serve until customers start to get angry. I personally don't have a high opinion of the other Korean BBQ restaurants, but after this experience, I think the other restaurants are doing a fantastic job. Objective evaluation, whether it is meat quality, price, service or professional operation, this store should not try it now. Probably I will go back and dine again in 2023."

"My second time there. I enjoyed it just like before. Quick friendly service. The flavors of the broths are great. The protein sizes are just right. No AYCE. Plenty of parking. I’d go back again."

"Still my favorite place for hot pot... the sauces and broths are sooo delicious used to come for the ayce but I'm not sure they do that anymore but soft d shell crab and the fried fish balls filled with roe and beef sushi are my go to appetizer dishes"
