"That 's the way he likes it. I 'm confused how anyone especially a cook or chef would like uncooked rice. Very bizarre. It was hard and crunchy and needed maybe 6 more minutes in the rice cooker? The waitress brought out more and it was the same. Offered to replace with friends fries...yeah no, can 't see eating tacos and french fries. The taco was pretty good. I had tenderloin and my daughter had salmon taco. She was disappointed it didn 't have but a couple of pieces of salmon. Maybe possibly it was because it was within 20 minutes of closing but that 's just a guess. Two stars because of the rice and that it was extra to add rice and they didn 't make it right."
