"The neon open sign in the front window should have been the giveaway. First let me say the staff were very friendly and attentive. Did not get a steak as I was skeptic but they had a $70 ribeye sides a la carte. (Heeehee Opted for the veal schnitzel for $29 to get a sense of the kitchen 's ability safely. Warm food but cold plate. Mashed potatoes served by a scooper (yup , which I thought was only utilized in high school cafs and prison still. Vegetable medley had baby carrots it in (yup, nice show of knife skills and really no flavor profile to speak of on the entire plate Blah. Bread was purchased focaccia not fresh. Wine was good and served at proper temperature so I had a second glass. Overall big miss, price does not equal the culinary ability of this restaurant. For the same price in Aspen you can have a proper meal.
