"Went in off hours, 515p on a Wednesday, there were as many staff as customers. The vibe was completely dead, I was not greeted by staff, sat down at the bar and was ignored. The staff seemed like a bunch of non-caring zombies instead of hospitality workers. I'm on the road a lot and in Outbacks all the time. By far the worst one ever! Didn't stay to eat since I was ignored, I left and went to the Beverly Hills Grill, better option by far, polar opposites in hospitality."

"Atmosphere was nice. They gave us our own little area that was curtained off. Place was a little loud, but it's a smallish restaurant. The service was okay. Definitely not high quality service by any means. Everything was very slow coming out, and server had absolutely no personality. Very transactional. The food was okay but nothing special. We had the 16 oz ribeye, and the marbling was very grisly. The steak itself was okay, but not worth the $80. We also got beef ribs for $55, but they only give you two ribs even though they say it's a full slab. The taste was very good, but definitely not worth the money. Overall, would definitely not recommend. There are much better places with much better service and much better food for the same price or less."

"The experience was very dysfunctional. My friend had a reservation of 10 for her birthday, and we arrived early to be seated and the hostess said we cannot be seated unless we had 6 people. I thought that was odd considering we had a reservation anyways, and I didn’t think it mattered if all the guests showed up yet. We waited in the cafe for about 15 minutes for 6 out of the 10 people to arrive so we can be seated. We went to the hostess and told her that 6 people are here, and she said we had to wait 15-20 minutes for them to clear the tables and put everything together. The hostess then told us that they’re about to close and handed us menus to look at while we’re waiting in the hall to be seated. All while this is happening people are showing up and being seated. We almost ended up leaving trying to find another restaurant, but the hostess said our table is ready.The food itself was alright I would say 5/10, unfortunately we could not cook our own food because they were about to close and what we could order was limited. We were rushed the entire time, and I felt as if we weren’t welcomed. I think it’s best to not schedule reservations towards closing time."
