"A restaurant i had on the list with very high expectations, but due to the Inefficiency of the personal and out-of items without noticing the guest, the experience turned from bad to horrible, education in restaurant service is absolutely needed to personal,lack of attention and lack of attention to detail... the food was ok ...potatoes from entrecote terrible Old and hard..,server forgot to serve wine, we really wanted to try the filet of beef but server never again approached us to the table to check the guest , items served from wherever they wanted... no table standards AT ALL... desert ordered was finished so my kids ordered cheese cake which never came... an ear pulling either to the owner or /and manager.. a never come back restaurant... and they wanted tip... Sadly they have all the tools to succeed but 1 visit said everything."

"This is quite an unusual restaurant made more so by the fact we hadn’t realised that it is aimed at red meat eaters. Fortunately out of our party of seven six were Brasilians who live to eat beef and so they were very satisfied with sharing 3x sirloin steaks between 4 adults and 2 children. There was plenty for everyone and the accompanying roast potatoes were marvellous. The seventh of us chose the three course tasting menu which included a trout ceviche, a roast chicken leg and pasty and grilled lamb steak, all very tasty and quite enough to eat. We tried 2 of the 3 desserts on offer which were fine too. Our waiter Albert was very pleasant and helpful so it was 10/10 from us."

"What a great restaurant, atmosphere, eating and personally! the grill restaurant is a mix of many “shows and cnirches” that you can experience various parts of the world! we ate in a sweet on the oriental express where our server patsy was attentive, professional and funny! she was fast, efficient and experienced what made our evening even more pleasant. the wonderfully expressive manager, rodrigo, has formed us over the meat cut we could have on our boiled preference. it made the difference! very pleasant meal."

"Friendly staff but as with many restaurants hard to get a hold of when you are more than 10 ppl and can't book online. The food was really good but served in a bit strange way with shared serving plates which was a bit inconvenient when the ppl who ordered the same dish didn't sit next to each other."
