"Perhaps my expectations were bigger than my appetite when we tried this over-hyped steakhouse. Although the service was spectacular the food was just ok. When you pay $35 for a steak and $89 for a lobster your expectations should run high. My son and I both had their ribeye. Cooked to perfection it lacked real flavor you would expect. The 500 degree plate they served it on only made it hot and not much more. The steaks were underseasoned and not full of flavor. My wife ordered a live lob at $37 per pound. You do the math at over 2 lbs. The meat she got was dry in places and underpresented. For $89 we could have got 2 lobster tails with MORE meat. All told it was a total wash out for us. We were celebrating our son's graduation from the Air Force and if I had the chance for a re-do I would have chosen someplace else. My final opinion is Ruth Chris is over-hyped, over-priced, and my soon be over the hill if they don't try to provide the same value that other fine dining spots do. Ciao and thanks for reading!"

"Service was horrible. Waited 30 minutes for one appetizer that was dripping in grease. Would have had to wait another 45 minutes to an hour just for entrees.Saw the waitress when she took our drink order and didn’t come back for 10 minutes. Brought drink then walked off again. Restaurant was not busy. Definitely do not recommend!"

"Went here on a rainy afternoon while waiting for Discount Tires to finish my vehicle. Rice and beans were good. Chips and queso were okay. Chips can be greasy at times. Not a bad place to work while waiting."
