"Decided to get the family together for fathers day (night) and have pizza delivered. Was told it would me a 35 to 45 minute wait on the delivery. When it did finally arrive an hour after our order was placed it was discovered that one of the pizzas was wrong. Instead of a garlic pizza, we got a meatlovers. This was a particular order for a guest who only ate garlic pizzas. We were told it will take over an hour for the correct pizza to be delivered as the driver had to go to Baranduda first. We we very annoyed but decided to go and collect the correct pizza ourselves. On arrival at the pizza shop the manager was not at all happy when my husband requested we have our delivery fee of $8 returned. So much in fact that he only refuned him $6. After spending over $90 tonight on pizzas, we are totally disgusted not only by the poor customer service but also the pizzas, they were cold tasteless and revolting. No one amongst the 8 people at dinner enjoyed their meal at all, but the dog did. We will never go there again, thats for sure!!!"
