"We decided to have Chinese food and of course, we went to Kim Shan Buffet in Ancaster. It is not a huge buffet, but we love the food and the restaurant itself. The servers are so friendly and make your visit a good one. I highly recommend this place to lovers of Chinese."

"The last few I've been here the food was horrible! My wings were so dry they were literally like wood and drenched in what can only be described as ketchup for their mild sauce. I still gave them another chance. Tonight I ordered the buffalo chicken potato skins and discovered they changed the way they used to make them and had chopped up chicken peices with the straight up most spicy hot sauce you could taste nothing else but pure fire, my husband's buffalo wings had giant peppercorns all over most( not all) of them( which was strange because why is there even peppercorns on them? My daughter's kid's burger was also covered in peppercorns? What's up with the pepper? I sent the skins back and while the waitress offered to have them make me another batch( I thought why, it's just going to taste the same) they didn't even remove it from my bill. She did offer me a free dessert which I declined because judging by the quality of the rest of the food..why bother. I do not blame her, I blame the management. Lesson learned..don't choose Kelseys anymore..disappointing because it's a 5 min walk from my house.."

"After saying we would never return we where invited back by the general manager.He told us that he had just finished making changes to both the kitchen and servers.We where unable to go back right away and wanted to give it some time.Today we went back and the service was fast, very friendly and Mike checked on us many times. He did this not knowing we had come back because of John the general manager. He had great customer service. The food was hot, dusted onions where crunchy and everything was awesome. Thank you."
