"Visiting the area today and found this place on Google and decided to give it a try. First off: Staff was great along with the service! But food wasn?t up to our normal standards... not gross, but expected much better and left disappointed. For instance, salad was chopped iceberg, two grape tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Chicken Cordon Blu was pre-packaged stuff with sauce and overcooked shrimp on the side. We didn?t finish either plate. Desserts looked yummy, but we chose not to have any. Clean and tidy overall, but not something I could recommend.... sorry."

"Ate here with my parents for the first time after a zoo trip based on the recommendation of a friend, and we were absolutely not disappointed. The service was phenomenal our waitress was very friendly, very funny, and our drinks never went empty. Our food came fast and was fresh and delicious. Their fried seafood (I have popcorn shrimps, mussels and oysters) was the best I had in the area, and could seriously compete with many restaurants along the coast. My mother loved her Philly cheese steak, and the quality of the meat was fantastic. My father got a ribbed plate with white fish and it was amazing, and he was particularly popular with fried fish. The portions we received were huge enough for several meals and some really great remains for lunch the next day. All we tried was exceptional, and we had a great culinary experience on the board. We'll be back!"

"The staff of Magnolia 23 were super nice. Always check if we had everything we needed. We ordered our food and 3 minutes later it was before us! Very fast service . The food was good, the only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the food was not unforgettable for me. I had better soul food, but I would come back."

"Had some of the worst services we had ever eaten there. The food was bad they came cold. The waitress didn't come back to fill our copies. We spilled tea on the table and couldn't find anyone who helps us clean it. The beverage machines were broken, the coffee machine was broken. And the manager was too busy even talking to us about the bad service. Davids will be a restaurant we will not return to. There were six at our party and three of us had bad food."
