"Worst dining experience ever! Ordered fajitas without any meat as my husband and I are vegetarians along with a pasta with mushrooms added in it. After a good long wait the fajitas were served but WITH SHRIMPS in it. I asked the server to replace thedish and the manager came and told us that it?s a common thing to happen and she would ?re-plate? it; we thought we heardsomething wrong and she would replace it but she actually only re-plated the dish and served it back to us. We didn?t want tobother them much so we decided to ignore the fajitas and only eat the pasta. Then pasta came but without any mushrooms in it.So we asked the server again. Then again the manager came and said I could bring mushrooms (absolutely no apologies were madefor anything till now), then she comes back with a bowl of sautéed mushrooms with meat pieces in it. We again called her andpolitely asked her to give us a new bowl of mushrooms but she said that it?s not meat as she did it herself and wentaway. Again, NO APOLOGIES given whatsoever! We didn?t eat our food, we weren?t attended to properly, but the bill came in timewith no way of making it up to us. As a result of which we did not tip and just came out. Extremely poor customer service for arestaurant of that size. Wouldn?t like to go back, especially to this location."

"My family and I are regularly at Chili. We usually do to go ordering so that my review/evaluation of both Din in and go. [TO GO] We really love the convenience of making mobile orders, and normally our food comes quickly without problems or Hiccups. Occasionally we wait for our orders too long(10-15 minutes before the scheduled time). We also had some really thrown together meals, or to go unfreshed food. Make sure to check your food before you go! However, my greatest complaint would be the inconvenience as my orders are being expelled! It seems that it depends on the time of the day, employee or perhaps the weather, but I do not get the same quality or care, even if it is the same meal. Our experience is much better. At our last visit we were told that there was a 20-minute waiting time, no problem. But when we waited for 30 minutes, we saw people who had come to us (we saw them park while we waited) sitting in front of us. We ordered a smokehouse commo and the Burger bites for our little ones. The food was delicious and fresh, my only complaint is that it wasn't hot when it came to us. The corn on the cob that came out on our plate was very burned. We politely asked for another, and the manager himself came and brought the replacement. He's a very nice guy. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. Your positive attitude determines the sound for a nice time. I recommend this facility. My 4-star rating is based on my family regularly and not a 1-time experience."
