"I was not impressed by the food. The bread was good. But the food was lacking in my opinion. We had the shrimp ceviche, which in the description said cilantro dip . It was oil and cilantro drenched shrimp that looked like black tar. The main dishes we had were the crab cakes and ribs. My husband said the ribs were fine but the crab cakes had a store bought taste to them. The place looks nice, the bathroom was clean and the cocktails were good. So if we do go back, we will stick to drinks and maybe something foolproof like pretzels."

"We wanted to visit another restaurant in the surroundings, but their kitchen was closed at 9.30 clock we went east and found this jewel. what a great service the staff and eating are so amazing. I will definitely visit again when I return to pa. highly recommended"

"This is the worst experience I have ever had. I really wish I could get my money back. It was very loud, disorganized and terrible overall. The waiters didn't know which tables belonged to them. The people there were incredibly loud, enough to visibly disturb everyone else, and nobody did anything about it. The food was badly seasoned and cooked. The portions were tiny. Never come here, never. It is a terrible hotel restaurant."

"Great food, terrible vibe! The executive chef should be in a restaurant where the food will be more appreciated. We made the reservation for a quiet date night. We weren’t aware that the restaurant had changed hands at some point. We looked at the menus only and the food, cocktails, and wine list were upscale so we felt confident we were making a reservation for a dimly lit, quiet date night. Boy were we sadly mistaken. Upon arrival we were quickly seated but although there were plenty of tables open they attempted to seat us right next to someone else. I declined and at a table over, again looking for quiet and privacy. The server was my very first clue that this was no longer an upscale restaurant. She was not a polished professional and didn’t have the upscale look. We were quickly served our drinks and food. The food was incredible! This is what makes me so mad! The braised beef tips as an appetizer were so good! My husband had the filet, I had the strip steak both were very good and cooked to perfection. The mac and cheese left a bit to be desired when it came to sauce but the taste was superb. The cocktails were delicious and definitely strong. You may be asking why it was so disappointing? Well because they have turned what was a beautiful restaurant with a gorgeous ambience and NYC feel into a tacky sports bar with food too upscale for its clientele. There are big screens everywhere blasting sports and don’t get me started on the very loud and obnoxious college kids who were way too drunk all throughout our meal. I will order take out or maybe pop in for a quick meal but this is no longer a desirable date night locale."
