"We came understanding the great Thanksgiving dinner we had four years ago. This time not so. My wife had the chicken thinking of that moist turkey from the past) IT WAS VERY DRY! …..and the sauce could not make up for it. P.S. my wife was an executive chef ….. now teaching culinary) My rockfish was better but the presentation made it look like a glorified chicken tender. "It is a pretty good brisket little dry, but the sauces have made for it. the 2 of the 6 had to eat them all that I found, how the best had to be the memphis bell and tupelo honey bbq saucen were my favorite, it also came with maisbrot that was good, but the carrot cake to finish it was fantastic! I will come back and see if we can't get 5 stars next time"
