"We ordered a takeaway for 10 over the Easter weekend..we had several different dishes and almost everyone was very happy with their food. The Cantonese chicken was delicious as was the vegetable chow mein, the egg fried rice, sweet and sour crispy chicken, the spring rolls and the barbecue ribs. The only disappointments were the crispy shredded chilli beef which had a good flavour but was quite tough and the satay sauce which seemed unusually runny. We would have given 5 stars had the chilli beef and the satay sauce been as good as the rest."

"Attended a friend's wedding reception and have to say the face the taxi driver pulled when we told him where we were going didn't inspire confidence. Same when we walked in. HOWEVER the reception part was really nicely done out, the staff were really friendly and the clientell were a great laugh as well. Yes it's probably a little rough around the edges, but the overall standard was great. Don't judge a book by its cover I suppose."

"Awful service, very slow we waited for ages and both the tables who were seated well after us had their food before. I had my starter well before my partner and the same with the main. I might have as well eaten alone. Food Mediocre, greasy and tasteless. Wine Awful tasted very cheap like vinaigrette.Overall a poor product for price. We won't be going again... They seem to have become a victim of their own success and quantity seems to be more important than quality...we saw lots of Ubereats delivery drivers picking up food...so the customers in the restaurant were left waiting poor service and the apology was superficial....we felt short changed...we would have had a better experience at spoons for half the price !"

"Our local Chinese takeaway has become our last visit. twice I have had to wait an extra 10 mins after phoning in an order for 7pm, I can only think that the extra time was to pour unwanted salt into the food. we kept eating it thinking it would get better but it did not. ended up feeling ill later Saturday night. don't get me wrong the food is cooked well but twice bitten on the time and salt has forced us to look elsewhere."

"Complained on opening our takeaway and was told the owner is away and doesn’t know when he is back the owner needs to come back of his holidays and sort the staff and quality issues out ,wrong food given out the quality and presentation very poor used to be my regular but won’t be going back Don’t mind paying if the quality and food is nice ."

"We are constantly trying to find new and authentic places to eat in Loughborough and this has to be the best. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We get our food delivered by a lovely gentleman who is always on time and a very polite person. The man at the counter also cares about his customers as he offers free prawn crackers and fortune cookies. Delivery was £1 for a 2 miles journey. Great takeaway highly recommend. There is a wheelchair ramp as you enter the building and railings to help even the most challenged of customers really enjoy eating here."

"This is the first time that I visited the packed arms and it will not be the last! we had a table of 14 and could preorder our food and had a dedicated area. the menu has so many possibilities and everyone said how hot, fresh and tasty their meal was! this was very impressive for a large group booking. there was also a varied pudding and drinks menu. I recommend the sticky toffee pudding, that was so good! the staff was very courteous, friendly and friendly. they made the evening very pleasant for all of us."
