"We came in around 2pm, the restaurant was almost empty, we were told it would be a wait and they took our name. When I asked why we would have to wait when there were plenty of available seats I was told it was because they were understaffed and to pace themselves ??? I eat out a lot in many different cities and countries and I have never been waitlisted at an empty restaurant. We walked out and will never be back."

"Food was good but the service needed improvement. The employees were generally nice, but seemed to hide in the back and were rarely seen. We hardly saw our waitress during our hour plus stay, and it took her a while to even introduce herself. We had to flag someone down for a refill on drinks. To get our bill, we had to go up to the front to try find someone, but yet had to wait because there was no one there either!"
