"Fun local bar, one side more from a bar area and the other than restaurant. I'm pretty sure you can also order food on the bar side. Good menu selection with pizza. We were there on Saturday night and there was a salad bar with dinner. The bar has pool table and many TVs. Fun spot in Clermont!"

"I will begin to say because Kovid, our experience is that this restaurant is a hit or miss when it comes to service. And last night it was a big mistake! My wife and I were there at 8:00. They said it was 15-20 minutes for a table. Restaurant seemed half full. We were sitting in about 15 minutes. We saw a server in our section waiting for an existing table and take an order from another table that was placed after us. She looked around, but never came to our table. After seeing the table twice that sat after us, my wife had to ask the hostess to sit somewhere else. Server that served tables in our section told us that our table was not in its section. That we were someone else. Bottom line, we ended before it became more confrontative when it had already become. Dining room staff, sometimes here, seem underoccupied and disorganized. I'm sorry to say that after last night it will take a long time to try Sonnys in Clermont again."

"UPDATE: Chili’s should re-brand themselves as the Hit or Miss Chili experience. They used to make great Long Island Ice Teas… not anymore. It was more of a sweet and sour lemon tea. And the Brisket BBQ Burger, it was a burger with no BBQ sauce. And forget the coleslaw. How can you screw up coleslaw, well, easy breezy. Just take a look. Totally tasteless, ugh! What is happening here! —— Last time I had a Chili’s experience was on Long Island, 10 years ago. And it was terrible. This time around, the waitress at the bar, saved the night. Ordered a cheeseburger, how hard can that be? Well, someone forgot to tell the kitchen staff, the floor tiles are not for flipping burgers. After waiting over 45 minutes, what I received was a decomposed floor flattened, shoe-squeezed, burned to the ground burger with a piece of cheese slapped on. I was going to take a picture when the tray was taken from me. I guess my expression was priceless. Glad the waitress took the platter because the replacement burger was good! Actually, very good. Don’t know what was going on in that kitchen, but from other reviews, it’s a on going issue. On the upside: Two hours after I entered a fairly empty restaurant at 4.30, the wait line was out the door. And from what I see, they must make a great Long Island Ice Tea because the guy next to me had at least four!"

"The best bbq I had in one because the cut brisket was amazingly disintegrate good. the pulled swarm was the same. the ribs fall from the bone. I understand why they won so many awards. the personal was also amazing. great customer service. I hope I'll go back soon. food and environmental reasons."

"Some recommendations for your serving staff, a table should wait more than 5 minutes before your face see, your host should spend 20 minutes tracking you down to see why you were?t on your table?., thank you for the young man hostess that at least took our drinks orders a starter order with a smile and let us laugh! Your salad should bring the meals to the table you should bring all meals to the table not only one. Your table should not ask other people who are going to do this work in the restaurant for more drinks, more bread or a simple task than just removing some plates from the table. The only meal that was good was the Sirloin Steak and the loaded potato. If the first thing you order is your drinks. I don't understand how my Margarita was delivered when I was eating. They thought it was Dessert. The funny part was that it was delivered by the manager.. The only thing I'm grateful for was that my boss had given me a return ticket. For the first time in Outback Steakhouse Clermont and last impression I have ever. I understand that every restaurant has a night, but what the icing is set on the cake is not the management team aware of what was going on and not doing anything about it, except just bringing a margarita to the end. I could just laugh."
