"I had a very upsetting experience while dining at Chili's on 3/27/2024. A homeless person was brought into the restaurant and given leftover food to eat, while staff members laughed at her. The situation worsened when she attempted to take food from another customer's plate and was forcefully pushed to the ground by what seemed to be the manager. The entire incident was troubling and disheartening, and I cannot endorse a restaurant that mistreats individuals in such a cruel way. I will not be returning to this specific Chili's location and will advise others to avoid it as well."

"The overwhelming ambivalence of the staff was reflected in the service and the food. At a booth, yet was served by the bar tender who was not paying attention and got the order wrong. What eventually arrived was a small chicken burger, a few soggy fries and some broccoli. Not a single how is everything visit and a the servings are measured when I commented on the serving size. 3 hotels and this only restaurant within walking distance means you take what is in front of you, but don 't expect much here. McDonalds would have been better."

"Moved here from nyc a few months ago and had tried a few different Chinese restaurants and nothing was comparing to the food up there, until I found Lin garden. I order at least once a weeks and the food is on point."

"The customer service at this restaurant is the worst I have ever experienced. I waited over 25 minutes to receive my chicken dish, while they continued to serve smaller chicken orders to other customers. Their customer service is terrible and they could definitely benefit from some additional training."
