"I had a slab of ribs, they we're the worst I have gotten to date, I have been going to the restaurant for years usually they were outstanding but the last 3 times have been uneatable, I will no longer be patronizing their restaurant."

The ppl I work with are pretty cool too. We cook to profession around here, with our heart and soul! Just can't ask for a better BBQ joint in the Downtown Dayton Oregon District!! Below is our Delicious Smoked Brisket!!! ????"

"This place has really been fixed up to look great and our food was excellent. I had the ribs which were some of the best I've ever had and I've had ribs in a lot of places. I definitely recommend giving this place a try. Our server was great to our kids and it was just a really nice night for our family. This is the type of place you should visit, not some awful chain restaurant."

"We stopped in here for my daddy's 88th birthday lunch. I searched maps for restaurants in the area and this one looked great and it was. I've been through Dayton hundreds of times and didn't know this was tucked in next to the lake. The atmosphere wasgreat. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the fried green beans!! We all got something different and it all was good.They had from sandwiches to steaks. Nice variety. It was a little chilly so we sat inside but they have outdoor seating as well.Very nice find. We will be back."

"We had made the reservation with open table, but while the cabins were available on a table with poor lighting and a sticky feeling. we have made some adjustments to solve the lighting problem, and when the waitress finally appeared, she asked to delete the table to make sure it was clean. they seemed a little busy and the service to our location was slow. it can be that the waitress had too many tables. eating was ok prepared (we had cheeseburger and pommes.) we had asked for beer but they were so with a few bottles. we have eaten in the restaurant before and had a better service. not sure what happened this evening. we were disappointed."
