"Wanted to love this place because I am a huge Caribbean food person however I am assuming because of the pandemic and business suffering, must of been the reason why I literary got 2 oxtails NOT KIDDING they were mostly bone and fatty no meat. I would of taken a pic of the plate to prove it, but the disappointed was enough and my drive was pretty long 1 hour each way! I'd say if you're going to be frugal about the amount of food you serve , do not charge 25 dollars a plate. I paid 50 dollars for two bites and the flavors were not justifying your price. Having two luxurious German cars out front tells me that they may be doing a little better than two chicken nugget size oxtails! Do better."

"If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The servers AND the manger are completely incompetent. Our table ordered a chicken fried rice which we waited 20 minutes for. When we see it come out, it goes to another party and they didn 't even order fried rice. So I went up to the server and told the girl that it was our table that ordered that fried rice and I know it was ours because there were only four tables in the entire restaurant. She acknowledged that it was our order and I asked her to please get it for us. You know what happens instead? They give it to that other table FREE OF CHARGE. That other table didn 't even touch the food. My group was baffled and asked them what happened. They gave us our menu that we had ordered from and we clearly see that the one they gave us then was not the menu we ordered from. They acknowledged that they made a mistake and still proceeded to charge our table another chicken fried rice. WTF!!! But I already informed them of this mistake before they even admitted.....be prepared to wait around 20-30 minutes for just one order. The servers and the manager are all incompetent and cannot function as a team. You are better off eating somewhere else."
