"The ribs were tasty. I went for the spicy and mild sauces, but they offer a variety, including an Alabama white sauce (best paired with chicken). The mac cheese was extra creamy and good. My friend also enjoyed the collard greens, which had a nice dose of sugar and vinegar to cut the bitter bite of the collards. My only issue with this place is that they say they are open until 9 pm, but on quite a few occasions, they have run out of most everything by 7 pm."

"PERUVIAN on another level!!! FOOD: Been to their other restaurants and Paradita Eatery delivers the same great high quality food as all the others. Literally they are a step up from other casual eateries- it's not even close. I can tell they use fresh organic ingredients and if they sold the yellow sauce I would buy bottles upon bottles of it! PRICE: For the quality of food you get, this is beyond reasonable to me. The portion sizes are good, my wife and I both felt full. You get what you pay for and I felt like the pricing was more than fair for the quality. DESIGN: Unique, fun, hip, playful, rustic all come to mind when I think about this place. I can tell they really put a lot of thought into the design. You can see the attention to detail and tell they care about delivering a good overall product. Big companies like chipotle have deep pockets and in my opinion it's nowhere near as cool looking! CONS: NONE!! My biggest regret is that I don't live closer!! Will definitely be back!!"

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"We enjoyed our visit to The Bureau. The vibe was upbeat, casual. There were several families with kids. We had the burger, the Asian chicken salad the pork skewers.They have a nice selection of beers and one nice cider on tap. I was disappointed that the desert I ordered was supposed to feature meringue, but it wasn't served with any. The service was fast friendly."
