"Was here for Mother's Day and it was not the Wow experience like your video shows from your CEO. I had reservations for 7pm didn't sit down until 7:15pm why make reservations if your not going to be seated on time what is the use? Your hostesses were rude and just overwhelmed didn't even know what to answer me. The waitress had no personality and she was not very attentive we had to ask for several things. A good waitress would fill your glass up with water when she sees there is no water left in your glass using this as an example if you know what I mean. I use to waitress in my younger years and would never ever treat my customers like that no MATTER how busy I was because I would want them to ask for me the next time they came back. I haven't eaten at your place in Plantation in quite awhile and I Don't think I will be coming back anytime soon!! So many other better places to dine! Jill Latacz-Hueston"

"Needs new management or at least extensive training for employees. There seems to be little urgency in assisting or being proactive from the greeter, to the busboy, to the waiter, to the cook, to the server, to the bartender and so on. I'm not sure if they are short on staff, but the restaurant itself was not very busy compared to other major restaurants on a typical Sunday night. Although the staff was polite, I did not particularly like being seated at a wet table and booth. Also, when cleaning, I noticed the greeter put her feet on the booth seat to wipe down the entire table. This is counterproductive, lazy, and in poor hygienic methods of choice. They also kept dropping the dishes, so it would create a loud and startling racket while dining. Our waiter neglected to hand out silverware and comlimentary water. Refills and checking on needs during the entire dininig experience were nearly neglected. Appetizers took long enough to be served, but what made me most upset was the very last meal out was my 4-year-old son's order. Terribly disappointed with the quality this establishment has lessened toward. It used to be a fond and favorite place to drop in before or after a flick at Cinemark in the same plaza. After a previous unpleasant dining experience at the Dolphin Mall location, we will no longer be patrons to TGIFriday's any longer."

"Mitch the waiter is amazing! Both boys are so excited to see him again for breakfast today! He made her night by bringing her to the ice shop after dinner and finishing mother and Dan a minute at our meal! We come back to the hotel and restaurant to see him again. The food was great, but sometimes the feeling is welcome is better than a great meal. We will return in spring for another quick visit and hope to see Mitch again."
