"We have been ordering Half-Rack Baby-Back Ribs dinners for pickup from this location about once every 2 weeks, for the past many months. The wife and I have been splitting the ribs and the two sides that come with them. Always in the past their Ribs have been moist and tasty. On May 14th we looked forward to treating ourselves to a Half-Rack of Baby-Back Ribs dinner. I order online and then drove to the restaurant to pick up our order. The place was packed with a HS baseball team and a number of online orders. So, needed to wait at least 30 minutes for our order. But, OK, I understood the delay. At least the ribs should be hot when I got them and drove home (10 minute drive). We opened the container to split the ribs. They looked a little over baked and had minimum BBQ sauce on them. Then we tried eating them. They had obviously been overcooked and dried out. Some parts were so tough and crisp we couldn't eat those parts. The baked potato was shriveled from sitting in a warming over too long. But, it was edible. But the ribs were a major disappointment. If we had been eating in the restaurant we would have demanded replacement. But, once we have the food in our house, that was not an option. Inconsistency in quality of one's food when ordering for pickup means we will not be ordering pickup food from this Ruby Tuesday's going forward. $18 for a meal that is poor quality is not something we cannot accept. I do not recommend ordering takeout meals from this Ruby Tuesday's, unless you like playing Russian Roulette."

"A friend and I stopped at this restaurant today. There were many people for lunch. We sat right away. Our server was very friendly and professional. She gave us enough time to intertwine before the order. That was superior to her. I ordered a chicken Philly sandwich with fries. It was really good. I love the way they prepare their chickens Philly sandwiches. The chicken was not completely shredded. It was more like a combination of comminuted and some pieces that gave it a good texture with the cheeses and peppers and mushrooms I added. The Pommes were good too. My friend ordered Steak and enjoyed his meal. We had a great visit."

"This place has good food when you are able to get it without them running out ? chopped Turkey is hard to get a long with several other foods. You don't know that they don't have what you want to order until they have already taken your money then they tell you they don't have anymore or that they ran out. I was surprised as I was there before 12 noon ?? anyway I placed an order online paid for it and when my husband went to pick it up guess what?? ran out again... If they are able to have what you want I'm sure you will enjoy the food. At this point for me I will go where I know they have what is on their menu. Beef ribs, chopped Turkey, lemon cake, some chicken they may not have or you have to get there when they open I guess ?? Can't remember what it is that my hubby always wants and they never have it but I guess it doesn't matter since they never have it ?"

"As a frequent customer I found my last visit disappointing. Their signature Shrimp and Grits recipe either changed completely or wasn’t prepared properly. Fried green tomatoes were not available. Kale side dish not available. As another recent review stated, “something is not right”. I tend to agree… I’ll definitely return hoping this was a one-time hiccup…"

"My dining experience was okay. We ordered our steaks, waited a while for our food (which is expected for a steakhouse) and when it was brought out, the steaks were cooked wrong. We had to send them back, and the waitress was not the friendliest. I recommend this if you are craving steak and there’s not much else around, but I don’t think i’ll be returning. Food: 4"
