"Got seated, waited 10 minutes while listening to a waitress 2 tables away from us carry on a conversation with that table, no one else would even acknowledge us. We finally asked the chatty waitress if we were her table and she said no. We got tired of waiting for someone to even ask us if we'd like some water, while watching all of the other tables get served with no problem, so we left. Upon leaving I handed the hostess our menus back and told her we were just going to go somewhere else since no one would even acknowledge us, and she didn't even say a word. Will never be back again."

"This place is like a Cracker Barrel mixed with a Red Robin on steroids. You MUST try it if you haven't already. I'm new to the area and I picked this place based off of it's menu. When I pulled in though, wow. Beautiful restaurant, looks like a fancy steakhouse. I loved the asthetic and it was super pleasing on the eyes. Our waiter wasted no time in getting out orders in. He was straight and to the point but friendly at the same time. And then there's the food. Oh my goodness is this a dangerous place to go to. If you're trying to have some self control in your life, this is where you'd lose it. The croissants (I don't usually care for croissants) are to die for. They are light and fluffy. Making it so easy to ask for a second serving. And the main dishes were on point. Not to mention, the prices here are a bargain. My fiance got a rib and chicken tender combo with two sides for $16. And my chicken alfredo was very pleasing. Even the salads were a hit. Try the honey lime salad dressing. Overall, best restaurant I've been to in a while. Definitely worth the half hour drive."

"Kelly C and Angel were our servers. There were 8 of us and the service was perfect. Friendly and upbeat, both girls were enjoyable. We all had a variety of meals. Florentine Benedict, Crepes and Medallions and Scones were a few favorites. Nice blood orange mimosas too. Desserts were shared and oh soooooo good. This is such a cool place. The gals explained the history of the building and the atmosphere was really cool. We will return another time for lunch or dinner when in the area."

"So today I FINALLY FINALLY found my new place for Ribs!!! Let?s break this down: Place was super clean and nicely decorated! Customer service: The staff was very nice and suggested something that was on point with what I wanted. Now the most important part, the food! I ordered the lunch basket ribs with baked beans and mac and cheese. The meat was sooooooooooooo good!! Lots of flavor, tender, cooked to perfection. My dog was all over me with the smell of it (yes, I shared some meat with her ?? . The beans are delicious and the mac and cheese was also good. The food was very hot even when I got home 5 mins later. If I like something I will eat it all and this is what just happened! 10 out of 5 stars to Shane?s Rib Shack!! I will be coming back for more, I am going to try their wings?I am sure they are out of this world!! I highly recommend this place?????????!"
