"Giving them a 4 star because of of past experiences here. This last one wasn't very good. Didnt seem very busy, but everything took forever. Our waitress was very sweet, not sure if they were short staffed but during the whole 1.5hrs we were here she never refilled my ice tea. We got some wings and onions rings as appetizers. The wings were pretty good, but the onions rings were cold and soggy, not crispy at all. It took almost 40mins for our entrées. They forgot to bring a cup of soup my father in law ordered and he asked for his burger to be well and it was completely pink in the inside. Once we were able to get our waitress, she apologized and put in a new order, but most of us were done eating by the time the new one came, so he just a box to take it home. My fish wasn't very tasty as well. My wife said her salad was ok. My mother in law enjoyed her pasta as well as my son. Don't know if this was a fluke, but for a $250 meal, it was very disappointing and will make me question if we would come back again."

"LITERALLY is the best Friday location in Richmond. I had amazing service. You are very attentive. The manager Mr. Darren was super friendly. He told me I could call him D lol and I guess my mom had a great lunch. The bartender Petrice made me a strawberry henny to die for!!! And she made it super fast. I'm back?????????"

"The food here is delicious BUT they are getting stingy with their portions and sauces at this location as they're raising their prices. As I order I asked for 5 yellow sauces. I'm aware the sauces cost extra now that's why I ordered more. When I checked there were only 4 so I asked for another one. The manager Cecelia refused to give me the other sauce. She must make commission off the sauces because she literally couldn't spare 1 extra sauce even though I ordered it in the first place. Terrible customer service!"

"I sat here last night and ordered the bucket of bone flour, which was 1/2 ribs and about 12 wings. I also ordered the ultimate berry Mojito, who was really good. And the service was good. The whole restaurant was clean and quiet."

"Depending on your personal preference of BBQ styles, this could easily be a 5 star. I’m used to minced pork, I got shredded. May edit this if I find I missed that menu option. Service was fast and readily answered questions. Old school diner feel, a little sparse. Smelled amazing in there tho! EDIT: Well, I posted my review and got a reply within 30 mins! I’ll be getting minced on my next visit. Thank you for the reply and for the information Lakeside Barbeque!"
