"Food selection was good, so something for everyone. Staff was friendly, with a nice atmosphere. They were busy, so wait times were longer than usual, but many folks had just got off the river and were famished. I would recommend."

"I’m not sure when but I’ve been going to this Dickeys for over 7/8 years and for a while lately this place has made large changes that have brought this place down. Many fan favorite sides have been taken out and up charged for everything else. I understand inflation but removing items that bring people in and up charging is hurting this place. Many loved ones have stopped visiting due to these recent changes that feel like a change in ownership. The staff have also changed in an unflattering way, where there was friendly staff is met by confused and rushing staff that meet questions with attitude. Hope the feedback helps this place back to its rightful place among great bbq in the area."

"Worst Dickeys experience EVER! Rude as hell workers, out of most meats, fryer wasn't working so out of most sides. Sign said they had corn, but the worker looked at me crazy when I asked for that as a side and she proceeded to tell me they didn't have that. So we ordered what we could green beans and jalapeño beans were both COLD. Not room temp actually cold like they were in the fridge. The pop tasted horrible. They also had to take your card over to the drive thru register (not directly on site) because they were supposedly out of receipt paper at the dine in register. Heard another guest ask for sweet tea and they said they didn't have it. One (of the two) worker was on her phone and telling guest that she was trying to find someone to cover their night shift. Men's bathroom was disgusting too."

"Nice mom and pop cafe with a mix of healthy acai bowls, Caribbean and Asian food. The breakfast burrito was small enough to easily conquer, but bit underwhelming. I appreciate that it was not a massively overstuffed Chipotle breakfast burrito. The burrito was quite simple and bland with just eggs, red potatoes, cheddar cheese, hand-cut pico, and cilantro sour cream. The red potatoes were really chunky and would have been better diced. Avocado or some guac could have really elevated the flavor and tied the ingredients together. The Mocha was nice, but not made from real chocolate as I inquired and just with a pump of chocolate. The female staff, who I believe is the daughter of the owner was super nice and asked me about the mocha. After a long pause of it 's... good , she remade the drink adding a couple of syrups and even offered to make me another one if I didn 't like it! Hands-down 5 star service. The mocha was a bit sweeter and sure enough tasted better. While the food and drinks were 3.5 stars, the attentive and homey service really sweetened the deal and elevated my dining experience. If I lived in the area, I would come back to explore the menu and love to support this great small family business!"

"It was good. We ordered the texas mess on steroids and I thought it would be bigger, but my husband and I shared it with my 1 year old (which eats like a 3 year old) and it was more than enough. The food was very tasty and the meat was tender. We'll return when we're back in the area."
