"The food tasted good here but, the ketchup on the tables was spoiled. We tried a few. The restaurant was cluttered/piled up and dirty. Dirty tables everywhere not being cleaned by employees that were just standing around. The trash bin looked impossible to clean and was covered in crusty old bits of food. Portions are small for the price compared to other places. They want and encourage you to tip but they give you NO service. They are stingy with their napkins as if they don't know they are serving bbq. They need to clean the place up, they need to throw out those reusable ketchup bottles that they arent washing, and spring for some decent ketchup. Ketchup is cheap, get the good stuff. Stop asking for tips OR provide service. We decided to not go back when we were wanting ribs the other day just to avoid that terrible ketchup. 4 stars for the food and the young man at the register taking our order was very nice."

"Friendly staff great food. 1st time going. and was pleasantly surprised. They have a huge homemade tenderloin sandwich. It was so good. For 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 drinks it was like $21 with tax. Well worth it. Excuse the bite I had before taking the pic."

"I had a delicious mushroom pork. The staff was friendly, attentive and friendly. Don't let you get out of here. The interior is clean and bright. It's a local hangout. That was clear because they seemed to know everyone who came through the door. It is worth a visit if you want to get away from the chain restaurants."

"It takes a little while to get your food but it was some of the Best Mexican food I've had in Tennessee I haven't been everywhere over here because I'm from California and The man does everything by himself So I understood waiting longer for delicious food. I hope you guys enjoy it as well."

"Incredible brisket, pulled pork and ribs!! Go hungry because the portions are large. Husband and I share Fatbelly fries with brisket and the Fatbelly platter and we still brought home leftovers! The greens are awesome, too!!"

"Yesterday was the best day of my life. I had a beautiful wedding with an amazing buffet. The couple who were in charge were organized, accommodating and quick on their feet. I wanted tiny blueberries and they made sure I had them even if I was too excited to eat a thing. Thank you to Pratts for creating the breakfast buffet of my morning dreams! Completely happy with every single aspect. Affordable and amazing!! Best catering service ever! Thank you!!!!"
