"Not what I'd expect to find at a mall..... ...then again, I'm not a local and in north San Antonio Cheesecake Factory is about as classy as it gets, and this is on a whole different level. We started with a flatbread special, followed with the mahi tacos, buffalo burger, and a salmon salad before getting to the delicious single serve deserts. Our server, despite being in training, was excellent and most attentive, starting our encounter by questioning whether our group was under any time constraints which is not something I see often."

"Made reservations through OpenTable. When our party of 8 arrived, the restaurant was closed due to some kind of kitchen issue. There was a sign on the door and a large group of people with reservations outside confused as to what happened. A call or message letting me know would have been appreciated and is in my opinion basic customer service. Will never try to eat there again."
