"This place started off well but has declined. Burgers are hit and miss and lack consistency. The last 3 times the burgers look like they have been thrown together. Our last order was takeaway. They said it would take 15 mins which was fine but after 25 mins we asked how much longer only to find our burgers had been sitting in a brown paper bag and gone cold. The bag had our name on it yet they didn't let us know. We were right in front of the counter all that time. They offered us a free drink when we complained but what's the point as that's not takeaway. This happened to us once before so my husband took the free beer while we waited only to find we had been charged for it when we got home. The staff are friendly but We won't be back."

"Went there for a friends b-day, initially was very impressed with the decor and vibe. That was ruined but the manager coming up to me and my friend, neither of us wanted to drink that night and were minding our own business, and very rudely insulted us and then threatened to kick us both out if we didn't immediately buy a drink. Was not impressed and left shortly after."
