"The food was amazing. I ordered chicken fingers, the chicken was breast meat, tender juicy and thick, best I've had. Wonton soup was delicious. We ordered 2 combination plates, we actually thought we had recieved wrong order because there was so much food. Everything was amazing with generous portions. We will definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend"

"I've been here twice in the past 2 months for Taco Tuesday. I noticed that they have a rewards program where you get stamped for each time you dine in on a Tuesday or Wednesday. After 6 stamps, you receive a free entree. I asked for stamps from yesterday and for when I dined with them on October 3rd given I have a picture of the receipt. My other proof is that I checked in here also. Our waitress said she had to ask her manager in which he said no, so I asked to speak to him. (Side note: Our waitress was lovely. He said he couldn't do it regardless of the proof I had gone. Also, he gave us 2 cards instead of 3 although my father had also dined with us but had stepped out. I'm shocked he would not give us the 2 stamps...not sure what the big deal was. Seems difficult to have 6 meals there on a Tuesday or Wednesday to get a free entree but it does give some incentive. As a Yelp Elite and dining at so many restaurants I find this to be TERRIBLE customer service and because of this my family and I will no longer dine at Soltoro."
