"If you are in Brisbane and you are looking for pacific island cuisine, look no further. Sia’s Takeaway is one of very few pacific island food vendors in Brisbane so it is quite a gem. <br/ <br/ They do a range of island food (predominantly Samoan) from Povi Masima (salted beef chunks) and Sapasui (Samoan Chop sui) to steamed taro and green banana cooked with coconut cream (fa’alifu). <br/ <br/ If you are after variety this is the place for you. However I do warn that you could easily end up spending upwards of $20+ on yourself depending on your choices and add-ons.<br/ <br/ Note: If you are on a diet this may not be a good choice for you"

"Honestly, our expectations had not been high. Site venue not the best overlooking carpark. They could bring down the blind to block out cars etc, and have a couple of plants to dress the place up. Front windows need a good clean, also sign and tables. Seating area not set up completely. It's like they do more Uber Eats then dine in! Some Mexican music would help with the ambiance as it is Mexican after all. Other than that, the food was good, better than expected, serving size better than we had anticipated, and service was quick, but their was only one other family dining, so hence why it was quick. I guess we'll return if we feel like Mexican again and in the area."

"After the two-weeks break due to negative impact of CV on the local Chinese restaurant businesses, this eatery came back to trade. Walked in with a group of three and incidentally there were only three tables being occupied including us. <br/>Chose to have the set three-course meals with soup and drinks. Mains of spare ribs with pepper and honey, steamed chicken with vegetables and Braised fish fillet were all good; particularly the spare ribs should be the hero. The ribs were very tenderized and well balanced I taste. Portions were no doubt very generous. Importantly, they came to the table quicker than ever.<br/>Previous rating: April 2019, 4/5; Oct 2018, 4/5; Mar 2018, 4/5"

"My brother and I visited Sizzlers at the Logan Hyperdome. I hadn't been for about 4 or 5 months. It was great. $75 for two people. I ordered the barramundi and my brother ordered the pork ribs which he said were good especially with the meat falling off the bone.<br/ My barramundi was delicious. Cooked perfectly !! Hot and crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked on the inside. It was juicy and delicious.<br/ <br/ We went on a Sunday for lunch, so the The front of house staff were all very young and they did a great job. Lots of smiles with customer service. Great job. I'll be back. Thanks SARDS"

"Mother's Day Brekkie was fantastic , great food and lots of it friendly staff and a gift for every Mum , after a horrible experience with a Pub Xmas Lunch HQ in Springwood we were pleasantly surprised and exceptionally good value for money here. Well done and thank you !"

"Lunch to die for! My Asian Salad with Prawns was so delicious I almost forgot to take a photo! Gary had a 250 gram steak with red wine jus and said best steak he's ever had. So tender, it melted in your mouth! Then the dessert specials were heavenly. Made on the premises, which is so refreshing for a hotel restaurant (most order them in from suppliers). We had one of each and they were so fresh and the flavours were a delight. Definitely will go back. Our compliments to the chefs. Great job!"
