"I reserved a table for eight near the window with a view of the Fraser River and was careful to explain we were bringing guests from out of town. When we arrived we had been put in two tables in a long row with seating...on only one side, making conversation impossible. Instead of apologizing the host put it down to miscommunication. We went elsewhere and won't be back. Sadly I can't comment on the food or service since we never got to try it. Grrrrr...."

"We went with a group of 7, ordered some appies and burgers. When all of the food came out, the server told us that one of the items had been made incorrectly and was being re-made. Another person in our party didn't receive her food either, the server didn't mention it. After waiting several minutes to see if it was coming we flagged down the server to ask and she said somehow the food missed getting punched in. So of 7 of us, only 5 of us had our food. When the 5 of us finished our meals, the other 2 orders finally came out. They did offer us some complimentary deep fried macaroni appetizers, but we had overheard them trying to figure out which table they were ordered for, before being offered to us. So, another mistake had been made. Overall decent pub food, but we won't be back."
