"Went on a Thursday night which has Tapas as a special, so we went for that which was 6 dishes for £25! Every dish was amazing the Pork Belly. bang Bang Chicken were to die for and the Potato number was delicious! Definitely try the pickled onion rings, OMG they were another level, It has a really nice cosy atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and welcoming! Going to try a Wednesday next when it’s Burger night!!"

"Having lived locally for years I have ordered from the bamboo gardens on many, many occasion. I can honestly say it’s the best Chinese takeaway consistently. I have tried other places that are highly rated, over the years but this one stands out by far. It’s a huge credit to the local community of southwell and surrounding areas. Brilliant."

"We decided to give this restaurant a try despite the two recent poor reviews and we are so glad we did! The staff were very welcoming and explained how the buffet menu worked. Starter platter was very tasty, as was the second starter duck and pancakes for which there was NOT an extra charge, unless you wanted extra portions, above the one per head. We had a selection of main courses, which were lovely. Throughout the meal the staff were very attentive and checked in to see if we would like to order any extra dishes. We live 40 minutes away but we will definitely come back."
