"We just moved to stanmore and looked for a decent Chinese takeaway restaurant (unfortunately they don't deliver) zhenghao had good reviews, so we thought 'd try it was very happy with the food we ordered for the majority of the dishes. the best dishes. the sweet sour pork, which was crispy and fleshy, special sauce peaceful rice, which had many different vegien, ham, garnel and egg, pork prawn dumplings, which had a very tasty slightly sweet plum sauce taste and Chinese broccoli with garlic, which was leafy and plump with a very strong but delic garlic. only ok dishes were the honey chicken (not very crispy more soggy, but sweet tasty taste,) the Mongolian bark (strong taste was more like blackbean sauce than Mongolian sauce, the meat was fairly crushed and generally ok, but some pieces were chewing, it wasn't thin and tender as I expected and could not have been the bad rolls) and the jumping. overall we really enjoyed the meal, it was hearty and tasteful and really satisfied the 'dirty' takeaway we had, this is perfect for staying in a good movie and despair."

"We were so hungry we didn't even take a minute to snap a quick photo. Having arrived fairly late, there was only brisket remaining and a range of sides; we didn't deter! And thank god! Omg if you're after meat meat and more meat, this is the spot to go. <br>
The brisket was sweet, salty, tender and absolutely delicious! The combination of the sharp coleslaw mixed with the salty BBQ sauce and sweet delicious meat had me salivating before I'd even tasted it hahahaah<br>

All I can say is we will definitely be going back! As soon as possible too lol <br>

"Had this during the covid make it yourself menu I felt a lot of the dishes were on the sweeter side of things, my palette preference is more so savoury. The ribs had amazing flavours and incredibly moist so good! However I wasn’t a massive fan of the mussels with the cucumber sauce not cucumber sauce was not to my liking and felt it was quite chewy."

"The cake itself was alright. The pastry was really thick and rock hard, now i understand why it was so difficult to cut through without it all breaking apart. Luckily it’s pretty noisy in there so cutting through my cake with a spoon and making loud clinks and clanks on the plate wasn’t too much of a problem.<br/"
