"Never had a problem with kansas the spicy sauce in itself is unique in comparison to the remaining chicken shops that seem to have a similar recipe. after the negative commentary here most people who are on wilmslow road at the weekends tend to attack a kansas from there lol. for me I will still give this, a 10/10 had never any problems and not like an annoyed, the other places give them the following day."

"Ripped off Food ok apart from Salt and pepper chips was charged for 2 starter sharing platters for 2 people at over £11 each. so over £22 for 2 people having a starter. The platter had 2 sprig rolls, 4 ribs, 2 prawn parcels, 4 fillet of beef parcels Sea weed which was ok for £11, but £22 is a Rip off. They say the charge is per person, not clearly shown on the menu and still a rip off The staff would not refund the overcharge of £11 Would not go again and would not reccomend. I speak to many people each day and will advise them not to go here"

"Lovely little local pub, in a quiet little village in Saddleworth. Definitely worth a visit if you want a calm atmosphere, great beer and amazing food. Also dog friendly which is a bonus. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5"

"Good value for money. We came at 2pm for the Sunday buffet. The food was nearly finished but they brought out new food for us. No Thai ice tea nor papaya salad though so not full marks for me. But good value for money for only £6.50!"

"First visit after second lockdown few tables in 4to5 waiter As we enter a waiter asked how many, so said there’s 5 of us 2 adults 3kids so he says to write our name n number for track n trace which I do as that s a good thing. But this is where it starts but before I carry on I have my own restaurant. So I understand how the catering industry works. So me I put my name n number on a book for track n trace, the waiter so rudely goes there 5 of you put everyones name n number down for all 5 of you. So I pulled him up and I go I have as long as you have one persons of that bubble it’s enough. He goes no all of you have to, I go to him you want my 2, 7, 12 year old to put there name number down to aswell do you. That when he realised he messed up. I guess lack of knowledge n training behalf of the management Then they take us to a table right at far end of the restaurant, right to the back were the flower wall is For table of 5 so I refused to sit there there were only 5 tables in when we walked in. So I asked the young waiter sorry but I can’t sit there with my family when the main floor is empty. He goes there for table of 4 n this is the only table of 5. I still refused. So eventually he got a table of4 n 2 together, So why couldn’t he do that in the first place or was it effort. Thought restaurant were meant to make there customers feel comfortable and relaxed I guess they didn’t no what that is. We sat down waited 15 min just to order drinks. and then the food which was ok drinks came then food but 1 naan was missing which the waiter said 5 min never arrived we were left to it the next time a waiter came was to clear the tables didn’t even ask how was the food etc we didn’t even bother saying anything. When it came to settling the bill they didn’t forget to take the naan off, charge us for the naan tho which the waiter did take it off when I mentioned it. They lack good customer service no management in place. Disappointing it like they didnt care or bothered but the price they charging for the food every customer expects good service."
