"Food was delivered. It was still hot so no reheating necessary. The minestrone soup was outstanding; best I've ever had. Fried shrimp was perfect, as well as the rib tips, which were perfectly sauced and really tender. Those are two of my go to items on the menu. The steamed broccoli and carrots were delicious and beautiful! So much food for so little money. What a gem we have in Palatine in JL's Pizza. Thank you for being here for us. Food: 5"

"This place has a great customer service. The staff I had talked to in the counter was nice and friendly. She is also accommodating and it is just nice talking to her. She gave me recommendations after knowing that it is my first time. She said that their gyros are delicious. I ordered a gyros sandwich with fries and a drink. They have a lot of other and good options on their menu but I trust the recommendation of the staff. Food is quick and it is fresh and hot. The gyros sandwich is indeed delicious and it also has a nice portion. The meat tastes fresh and it is well-seasoned. The fries are crispy and well-seasoned as well. Everything was nice except for their prices. The price of the gyros sandwich, fries and a drink are kind of higher to the price that I expect to it and even considering it was good it still isn't reasonable. It is still a nice spot in the area. I might go back in here again if I had a chance."

"Burger wasn't great which was also a little undercooked, nor were the fries (weird combo of crinkle-cut meets steak fry) which somehow were soggy and not really crispy at all. Very average food. Burger was like a sad whopper only with more bread and less meat (1/4lb with everything). Toppings to meat and bread ratio are skewed to the toppings and bread while the patty seemed it was more of an afterthought. Not sure inflation can be blamed on this one. Service was good, fast, and friendly. Next time I'll just try the gyro."
